US & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of the product price. This does NOT include shipping, handling, or any customization charges that may have been assessed.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned unused and in new condition.
- Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Must be complete with all parts and accessories in-tact.
- If the product is not damaged, the customer is responsible for shipping fees associate with the return or exchange.
1. Please reach out to email@example.com and let us know the reason for your return.
2. Place your product back in the original package with all of the original contents
3. Ship your return to our facility
4. Once we receive it, we will go ahead and refund your order minus $19 for shipping and restocking. Same applies for size exchanges.
If you received a damaged product, we will go ahead send you new a brand new product. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can set this up for you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR RETURNS?
Within notification from you, it takes 24 hours for us to process your return. As soon as we receive your product to the warehouse, we will refund your purchase. Credit card or paypal refunds may take up to 7 days to process. This depends on your bank.
